1. What Services Do You Offer?

A wide range of catering needs for parties, family gatherings, small office meetings, and corporate events, including coffee, pastries, and full meals.

2. Can Menus Be Customised for Specific Dietary Needs?

Yes, you can choose vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly items from the menu.

3. How Do I Place an Order?

Orders can be placed online, with details on the website. You can select delivery options from any of our four cafe locations.

4. What Is the Minimum Order Requirement?

There is no minimum order if you pick up your catering order. For free delivery, the minimum order is $150; otherwise, a $20 delivery fee applies.

5. Do You Provide Delivery Services?

Yes, delivery options are available.

6. How Far in Advance Should I Book?

To ensure optimal preparation and execution, an order must be placed by 1 pm for next-day delivery.

7. Can You Accommodate Last-Minute Orders?

Depending on availability, advance notice is recommended. We can advise availability at your local Cafe C&M for small orders. (Bondi, Rushcutters Bay, Darlinghurst and Peakhurst.)

8. Can you provide staff for corporate events?

Currently, we do not offer staffing services. Our focus is primarily on the preparation and delivery of high-quality catering. We recommend coordinating with a separate event staffing agency for events requiring service staff. They can provide experienced personnel such as servers, bartenders, and event coordinators, ensuring your event runs smoothly.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made by credit card on the website at the time of your order.

10. What is your cancellation policy for catering orders?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time may incur a fee. We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation for large events to avoid charges.
